My Scrap Pad

It's always fun to see what a scrapper's scrapping area looks like.  I thought I'd share mine with you. Here's a glimpse :

CTMH paper and stamps are stored on the hope chest (the chest was a gift to my gramma from my grampa many many years ago.  This will be refinished for my daughter some day.) and a cropper hopper to the left of that holds cardstock.  The little shelf on the bottom of the cropper hopper holds dies for the quickutz revolution. All my punches are stored in the little bag on the floor. Albums are kept on the top shelving to keep away from little fingers :)

NOTE: I happen to find that little white paper orgainzer at a garage sale and it has plastic dividers every 1 inch!  How cool is that!  I have not been able to find another one anywhere or online.  If you've seen it before, let me know! I would love to get more!

Cropper Hopper

There are a couple of organizers on the top that hold tombow and other adhesive- these are stored up top again to keep away from little fingers and mouths (my sweet little girl puts EVERYTHING in her mouth!) My awesome hubby put the lighting up for me :)  What a guy!

Paper crafting....I think about it all the time...well, most of the time.

The orgainzer and bin to the left hold embellishments. The bins to the right are all paper- they are orgainzed according to boys/girls/holidays/scraps and premade pages and pages that are finished waiting to be put into an album.

My prior employer had a top unit for a desk and they were going to THROW it away!  I was like, Absolutely Not! That's a scrapping room piece of furniture!  So, I went home with it :) It now holds inks, more embellishments, idea books, items to scrap, etc.
That purple binder holds sketches that I've ripped out from older scrapbooking magazines.  Since I had what seemed like a gazillion magazines, I didn't think I needed the whole magazine so I just took out the sketches and placed them in page protectors.

Well, there you have it.  I love being in my room when I get any free chance that I can.  Hard to believe 4 years ago my scrapping supplies were stored in a closet!!  The addition has grown :)

Thanks for checking out my space!   I'd love to see your space if you have pictures posted on your blog!

Cut It Up Challenge #1- Anything Goes!

Have you heard?!  There's a new challenge blog: Cut It Up!  Check it out HERE!  For the first challenge, anything goes! Whoohoo!  I'm not 100% sure my entry will count but I'm entering it anyway....it's for fun!

How often do you get tired of the same decor in your home?  Well, that's exactly what happened here! While pinteresting and looking for new ideas, I came across a TON of cute things!

I was completely inspired to alter this kitchen picture: (I apologize for the poor picture quality- I had to crop it as it was in the background of a picture.  I forgot to take a before pic...opps!)

Into this for my bathroom to add a little cheer:

It's amazing what a little spray paint, ctmh papers and ribbon, modge podge and a CRICUT can do!  I'm happy with the result :)  It's simple and adds just enough to my bathroom.  Again, I wish I could have gotten a better picture but it seemed that every picture I took had a glare on it!

What types of items have you altered?  I'll have another one to share soon :)

Mojo 258 and H2H

Here's this weeks sketch over at Mojo:

I rotated the sketch and came up with this:

I also linked this card up at H2H- this week is going BIG!  This is a 5x7 card all products are CTMH other than the little flower.  I found that in my stash :)  Don't ya just love flirty?! I love love LOVE it!  Infact, I just snapped some pictures of my little lady out in the pumpkins over the weekend.  Can't wait to scrap them with flirty!

Have a great rest of your week!

Mojo Monday 257

Another fun Mojo Monday sketch to try!  Link yours up HERE!

The Sketch:

And lets take a look at my card, shall we:

It's Your Day stampset has so many fun stamps on it!  I love the border and found inspiration on Katy Taylor's blog HERE.  You should check out her blog- lots of creativeness going on!

This card was made with all ctmh products.  I mixed Stella and Dotty for You- I had a few scraps laying around and thought the colors matched up well with the black mixed in.  Ctmh's new tulle ribbon rocks! So fun!

Thanks for visiting my blog!  Have a great night!

H2H Mini Card Challenge

Hello! H2H has a challenge going on....Mini Cards!  I happened to make the cards below not too long ago.  I used (1) 6x6 Kraft Card and created (4) 3x3 mini cards.  Mini cards are so fun to make!  If you are interested in checking out the challenge, visit H2H.  Super cute projects and so much inspiration.

All products are ctmh and can all be found in the new idea book.  The bike and sentiment are It's Your Day- this months special!

Halloween in September!

Hello!  Hoping everyone had a great Labor Day weekend!  Our family went camping and stayed at the campground my parents have a trailer permanently parked.  Every year on Labor Day weekend, the campground holds Halloween for the kids.  My kids and their cousins dressed up as pirates.  They were so stinken cute!  I am so excited to scrap the pages! I came home and scraped with CTMH's new Moonlight paperpack, Dimensional Elements and used a pattern from Make It From Your Heart. Now all I need to do is order the pictures! CTMH makes it so easy!

Enjoy and thanks for visiting my blog!
